WHAT / WHERE / WHEN?
The 2024 national election meeting of the JCI Finland, will be held on October 11-13, 2024 on the Silja Symphony ship, which travels from Helsinki to Stockholm. The ship leaves Helsinki on Friday 11.10. at 17:00 and arrives back on Sunday 13.10. at 10:30.

What does the registeration package include?
The registration package includes
- Program incl. rainings, meetings and other events,
- Friday's wellcome party,
- Saturday lunch,
- Saturday afternoon coffee,
- Saturday's gala
How does it work?
Registration for the meeting is done using the lyyti form and accommodation is also booked through the meeting organization using another lyyti form. Registration is paid immediately, the cabin can be reserved with an invoice.

1. Get 1-3 cabin mates according to your taste and agree among yourselves who will book the cabin.
2. Register for the meeting.
3. One of you will book a cabin.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION TERMS
The participation fee is paid upon registration.
We charge a processing fee of 20 euros for all changes related to registration.

If participation is canceled by February 28, 2024 at the latest,
100% of the fees will be refunded.
​
If participation is canceled between 1 March and 30 June 2024, 50% of the fees will be refunded.
​
Cancellations made on or after July 1, 2023 will not be refunded.

Junior Suite €1450

The second best cabin on the ship, with a bedroom as a separate room. Comfortable living area, private jacuzzi. In addition, use of the Commodore lounge (incl. Sauna and separate lounge).
Commodore €800

A spacious cabin with a sofa. A double bed where the beds can be separated. Use of the Commodore lounge is included in the price.
Commodore with balcony €800

Cabin cancellation and reservation conditions:
The cabin can be canceled free of charge 90 days before the trip (according to the cancellation conditions). We charge €25 for changes after the end of registration
About the boat trip:
Take your passport or official identity card with you and make sure that the children also have sufficient documents.
